Implement JSON API for reading/writing the KDB relations
Submitting patchpanel config now updates the database relations:
see http://kdb-test.kaas.kit.edu/kdb-admin.fcgi/relations/
Write access needs the PHP_KDB_USERNAME and PHP_KDB_PASSWORD variables set
