It is in the nature of artistic creation to pursue one's passion while at the same time acting as freely as possible from financial and economic constraints.

However, apart from a few established greats with world renown, most artists would agree that this is often not easy to achieve. After all, bills have to be paid, a living needs to be earned and you don't want to constantly live in existential fear.
